We gave Ace’s a call and they immediately setup a free same day appointment to come look at our issue.
Mohammed came by to take a look at our garage door which wasn’t closing. He took one look at our door and told us it was due to the alignment of the sensors. He then mounted the sensors on a wall so that there was no misalignment any more. Mohammed also reassured us that our door looked fine and that there were no other issues. He did all of this as part of his free visit. Definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent service provided by the service person that fixed my garage door. It sounds even better than when it was first installed back in 1995. Very professional. All the parts are about 20 years old and after the rollers were installed and some adjustments done, the garage is functioning flawlessly. Couldn’t be any happier with the service. This was actually the second time Ace’s Garage came to home for repair (through my Home Warranty coverage). Unfortunately, this time required new Springs which were not covered by warranty. Mohammad was courteous and professional, and because of my prior experience, I had him to do the work rather than try to find some other company. Glad I did. Ok, this guys was a life saver. My garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving. Mohammad answered the phone and made an appointment for the very next day. He showed up on time, made the correct diagnosis, completed all repairs within an hour, and worked my insurance company after the fact. I had a great experience with Ace’s for my garage door repair. They came out to the house quickly. They actually called me the day before the appointment, and asked if I wanted them to come the night before, which worked out great for my schedule. The quickly assessed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me a range of options to fix it. I choose to go ahead and install a new one, and they installed it for me in less than an hour. The new garage door works great, and is much quieter than before. They cleaned up their work area, and took the broken parts with them. It was all very fast and convenient for me. I recommend them for any garage door repair job.
